to answer your questions, Carl (John’s brother) signed his name on John’s ankle and then John tattooed it on there himself.
So I found this today and thought it was cool because I’ve never seen a close-up pic of this tattoo. It’s so pretty and I kind of hope he never gets the third square filled in because I like how the empty square leaves something up to our imaginations.
